PSYCH-K®

What is PSYCH-K®?

PSYCH-K® is a gentle, effective process that helps you change limiting subconscious beliefs into supportive ones. By using muscle testing and whole-brain integration techniques, it rewires the mind to align your subconscious programming with your conscious goals.

In a PSYCH-K® session, we identify beliefs that may be holding you back, then use proven processes to replace them with empowering alternatives. This creates a “whole-brain state,” allowing your mind and body to work together in harmony to support lasting change.

Clients often use PSYCH-K® to address challenges such as:

  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • Stress, anxiety, or emotional blocks
  • Relationship difficulties incl Mother & Father Wounds
  • Financial abundance and career goals
  • Health and wellness mindset shifts
  • Traumatic Events
  • Inner Child Work

No. While PSYCH-K® works with the subconscious mind, it is not hypnosis or traditional talk therapy. Instead, it’s a collaborative, interactive process designed to help you take control of your beliefs and create positive changes quickly.

Every person is unique. Some experience noticeable shifts after just one session, while others choose a series of sessions to address multiple areas of their life. We can discuss your goals and recommend the best approach during your first appointment.

Yes. The Peace Hack offers both in-person and online PSYCH-K® sessions, so you can work with us no matter where you’re located. The results are equally effective in both formats.

Functional
Nutrition

What conditions can Functional Nutrition help with?

We often support clients with:

  • Digestive issues such as bloating, IBS, or food sensitivities
  • Low energy and fatigue
  • Inflammation and pain
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Weight management challenges
  • Mood, stress, and anxiety concerns

While dietitians often focus on general nutritional guidelines, Functional Nutrition digs deeper into the underlying factors that may be contributing to your health concerns. It’s a highly individualised, root-cause approach.

Not necessarily. Our focus is always on adding nourishing foods first and making changes that feel sustainable for your life. In some cases, if sensitivities or intolerances are present, certain foods may need to be reduced or avoided — sometimes temporarily while your gut heals, and sometimes more long term. Every body is different, so we’ll take a bio-individual approach that works best for you.

No, supplementation is not always necessary. Ideally we will get all our nutrients from whole food sources, which is why we have a food first approach. Sometimes targeted supplementation can be supportive in assisting the body back to optimal function.

Eating a whole food nutrient dense diet does not need to be restrictive. We focus on what you can eat and all of the amazing foods being added into your diet, rather than just a list of what to not eat. Seasonal, local and fresh foods are so delicious you won’t feel like you are missing anything after a while!

Functional Clinical Assessment (FCA) is a tool used by Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP) for evaluating their client’s health. Using the innate connection between the nerve endings at skin level and the body’s internal organs, FNTP’s can determine where dysfunction in the body is occurring and what nutrients the body is asking for.
